Subscription & cancellation

Clear rules for trials, billing, grace periods and cancellation.

Kazen separates Business, Growth add-on and Partner subscriptions so customers pay for the work areas and capacity they actually activate.

Effective 7 August 2026

1. Plan selection and pricing

The applicable plan, billing cycle, currency, included capacity and recurring price are shown before a subscription is assigned. Public launch prices may change for future subscription periods, but a customer should be informed before a material price change takes effect.

2. Trials

Business plans currently provide a 30-day trial. The Growth add-on currently provides a 30-day trial. Paid Partner tiers currently provide a 14-day trial. The free Registered Partner tier does not require a paid trial.

A trial is intended to allow evaluation of the service. A specific order or promotion may state different trial conditions.

3. Billing cycles and payment

Subscriptions may be monthly or annual. Supported operational payment methods can include bank transfer, EcoCash, Innbucks, card, cash or an authorised partner collection arrangement. A payment is treated as received only when verified and recorded against the correct subscription invoice.

4. Due dates and grace

Paid plans currently receive a seven-day payment grace period after the applicable due date. During monitoring-only periods Kazen may warn without restricting access. Where commercial enforcement is enabled and payment remains outstanding after grace, the affected paid subscription can become read-only.

5. Read-only access

Read-only status is designed to preserve access to existing business records and reports while pausing creation or modification of records in the affected paid work area. Non-payment does not automatically erase customer data. Verified settlement can restore full access according to the subscription state.

6. Cancellation

An organisation administrator may request cancellation through Kazen support or the applicable subscription process. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal after the current paid period rather than retrospectively cancelling service already supplied.

Customers should cancel before the next renewal date where they do not want the next billing period to begin.

7. Refunds and billing disputes

Refunds are not automatically promised merely because a customer changed their mind after a paid service period began. Where applicable law provides a cancellation, cooling-off or refund right, that right will apply. Duplicate payments, confirmed billing errors and service failures should be raised promptly for review.

Disputed charges can be submitted through support with the invoice number, payment reference and reason for the dispute.

8. Partner subscriptions

Partner subscriptions are commercially separate from a professional's own Business subscription. Joining the Partner Network does not automatically grant Finance access for the partner's own practice, and buying a Business plan does not automatically grant professional access to client organisations.

9. Subscription evidence

Kazen retains plan assignment, invoice, payment, grace, enforcement and reactivation records to maintain a clear commercial history. Customers can review their subscription state from the Subscription page inside the application.

10. Early-access operator details

Before unrestricted public paid checkout is enabled, the legal contracting entity, physical address, registration details and official service contact must be displayed with the subscription offer. Those details are not invented on this page and must match the entity actually supplying Kazen.
