1. Account and organisation authority
You must provide accurate account information and use Kazen only for organisations you are authorised to represent or access. Organisation administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate users, roles and workspace permissions.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use Kazen to gain unauthorised access, interfere with service security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, unlawfully collect information, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
3. Your business records
The customer retains ownership of business records and content it lawfully places in its organisation. Kazen receives the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, back up and present that information as necessary to provide the service.
4. Finance, tax and professional judgement
Kazen provides software controls, calculations, workflows and reports. It does not replace the responsibility of the business, its directors, accountants, tax advisers or other professionals to review classifications, tax treatment, filings, accounting policies and business decisions.
Where a professional uses the Partner Network, the professional remains responsible for the professional services they provide to the client.
5. Availability and changes
Kazen may update features, security controls and workflows as the platform develops. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Material planned changes that significantly affect paid use should be communicated appropriately.
6. Integrations and third-party services
Some features depend on authorised third-party services such as email, calendars, storage, analytics, social platforms, payment providers or connected devices. Those services may have their own terms, availability and data practices. Kazen does not enable an external action until the relevant connection and organisation route is authorised.
7. Support and investigation
Users can submit support requests inside Kazen. Routine platform monitoring is designed around operational metadata. Where direct customer-record investigation is needed, access should be limited to what is reasonably necessary and should be authorised and auditable.
8. Suspension and termination
Kazen may restrict access where required for security, unlawful use, material breach or subscription non-payment. For ordinary subscription non-payment, Kazen's designed default is read-only access after the stated grace period rather than deletion of business records.
Termination does not automatically remove payment obligations already incurred or legal/accounting retention requirements.
9. Responsibility and fair allocation of risk
Each party remains responsible for losses caused by its own fraud, wilful misconduct, unlawful conduct or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove consumer or statutory rights that applicable law does not permit a supplier to waive.
10. Governing framework and contact
Unless a written contract states otherwise, Kazen subscriptions offered in Zimbabwe are intended to operate under applicable Zimbabwean law. Questions, complaints or formal notices should be submitted through the contact details supplied with the relevant subscription or through the Kazen contact page.
Use the Kazen contact page so the enquiry is recorded and routed for follow-up.
